When can I return an item?
You can return an item for any reason as long as it is within 28 days from the day you received it, is unworn, unwashed, free from marks and retains all original tags and packaging. When returning an item any promotional items must be returned along with them. Items marked on our product page with a (!) in their description are not eligible for return unless faulty.
How to make a return.
To return an item you can print off a PDF returns form (one should be included with your order). Fill in all the details requested and post your item back to:

CollectPlus is a convenient way to return parcels at over 4,500 local shops and most are open from early until late, 7 days a week. You will receive proof of postage, and an online tracking code, so that you can follow your parcel's progress back to us.

Do I have to pay to return an item?
Yes, you will need to cover the cost of returning an item to us. If your item is faulty/damaged we will reimburse your postage costs once the item has been accepted at our office as a return.
How long does a refund/exchange take?
From being received at our warehouse your return should take no longer than 48 hours* to be processed. Refunds will show in your account up to 48 hours later and exchanges should be received 3-5 working days later.
How can I return an item?
We recommend returning your item via Royal Mail or using the Collect+ service detailed on our returns page. When sending an item back please ensure it is adequately insured as we are not liable for items until they are signed for at our offices.
Can I return an item in person?
Unfortunately not. We cannot accept returns to our Preston offices made in person, all returns must be dealt with via our warehouse.
