Exchange & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

You may return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. If you would prefer an exchange or store credit, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

  • Returned with all original tags, labels, and barcodes attached.

  • Sent back in suitable protective packaging.

  • Returned with any original boxes or packaging intact and undamaged.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that are sent outside the stated return period or that arrive in a used, damaged, or unsuitable condition. If a return is declined, the item can be sent back to you, and additional shipping charges may apply.

We recommend keeping your proof of postage and tracking information until your return has been received and processed.

You can monitor the progress of your return using the tracking number provided by your chosen courier. Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 7 working days for it to be inspected and processed.

Please note that our Customer Support Team cannot expedite the returns process, but they will be happy to assist with any questions you may have regarding your return.
